The first wave of party season hit LA these past few weeks with the Hudson Block Party, the XIV Summer Sessions 2012 launch, AV nightclub opening, Lure Nightclub opening, and a host of hotel pool party launches. More sun and less clothing has descended upon the city of Los Angeles.

But the real sign that summer has arrived is with the Memorial Day Weekend parties. This year, the parties are heating up with some of the best DJ’s in the business, club nights, pool parties, and other festivities.

THURSDAY, MAY 24th

Sebastian Ingrosso @ Greystone Manor
One-third of the DJ supergroup Swedish House Mafia, Sebastian Ingrosso is headed to SBE’s popular hotspot for a Memorial Day Weekend kick-off party. Details HERE.

FRIDAY, MAY 25th

EC Twins & Jesse Marco @ Supperclub Hollywood
This Friday party has been going on for quite some time, so this week the powers-that-be (aka BNG) have double booked headliners for your fist pumping pleasure. After the opener, expect to hear some NYC celeb DJ Jesse Marco spinning from 11:45pm-1:15am, and then the Brit boys the EC Twins take over for the remainder of the night.

2nd Annual NIKKIS Memorial Day Weekend Party @ Nikki’s in Venice, CA

WET Pool Party – Memorial Day Kickoff @ The W Hotel, West Los Angeles (*TOP PICK)
For the very best in Memorial Day Pool Party pleasure-seeking fun, head west to The Backyard at the W Hotel (in Westwood). This annual event is the top MDW pool party in the great City of Angels for 3 years running and it’s the official launch of this weekly summer event. Think hot people wearing very little clothing and compliment that with alcohol, music, and the best day bed/cabana’s in the city.
