It’s January. And every year around this time you notice your local gym’s population bursting at the seems with new people who’ve made a New Years resolution to get in shape. Most of these people will break those resolutions by mid-February and go back to doing butt crunches while watching TV, but until then, y0u’ve got to find a way to deal with the madness.
