How to Cure a Hangover
- By Chantel Templeman
Tracy: Where the hell are you?
Phil: It happened again…
Tracy: Don’t say that. Please!
Phil: No. This time we really *ucked up.
Tracy: Seriously, what is wrong with you three?
Phil: So much, Trace, I don’t even know where to begin.

For those who had one too many Jagerbombs this New Years Eve, don’t you worry; there is always a solution for curing the worst hangover! Unfortunately there is no one size fits all cure. You have to find what works for you but the list below is definitely a good place to start. Here’s our list of pointers on How to Cure a Hangover:
1. Quality H20
As you may know from the frequent trips to the restroom, alcohol is a diuretic and can cause dehydration. Before passing into bed, chug down at least 16 ounces of water.
2. Cup Of Joe
Hung-over or not, a cup of coffee will wake you up and feel alert. However, that cup won’t give you lasting benefits and the caffeine can either treat or cause headaches and migraines so this one is a personal preference.
3. More Alcohol (MYTH)
Now you’re just asking for it. All you’re doing is prolonging the inevitable and it will likely make your head pain worse. Experts agree that if you choose to use this so called “cure”, the risk of abuse increases and could lead to alcohol dependency.
4. Solid Breakfast
You may not feel like eating in the morning, but the last thing your body needs is trying to work on an empty stomach. Get in a solid breakfast with a mix of carbs and protein.
5. Take A Shower
Clear your mind and remove all that alcohol your drunken friend spilt on you. It may be the last thing you want to do but it will make you feel better.
